After a decade with the club, Wes Hoolahan played his final home game for Norwich City this afternoon.

Taking on Paul Heckingbottom's Leeds United, the former Irish international had played 350 games for the club across League One, the Championship and the Premier League.

Having fallen 1-0 behind however, Hoolahan's final Carrow Road appearance didn't get off to the best of starts.
