Athlete Workout Of The Day: Brick Catching With Antonio Brown

With football, rugby and the good American sports all in the middle of offseason/preseason, sports social media is filled with a lot of gym content these days. Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown is a bit of a lunatic but he's a beast on the field and his social media feed the past month has been quite interesting. He's been in Paris, filming training sessions with Simon Zebo at Racing. Over the weekend, he uploaded one of the most interesting workout videos we've seen in a while: brick catching.

We love this workout because we know we couldn't do it. Brown catches the brick 27 times in this 12 second clip while slapping the hand of a trainer behind his back after each drop. It's a compelling video as well as an intense workout. Try it cautiously.
