Torn knee ligaments will do little to prevent The Shark from keeping in freakish shape.

Recommended

The 62-year-old Australian golf legend tore an aponeurosis in his left knee during a mess-about tennis match three weeks ago, and was put in a cast to keep the surrounding muscle immobile for six weeks in order for the ligament to heal.

But just because he can't move his leg, it doesn't mean Norman is sat around his gaff feeling sorry for himself. The two-time Major winner and former World no.1 has instead used his current predicament to his advantage, and took to Instagram to show his fans how he's been 'improvising' while on crutches.

Warning: The following video might make you feel like human garbage, but on the flipside, it might be just the dose of #fitspo you needed to haul your sorry ass down to the gym. For me, it was the former. But Greg Norman is a fecking tank.
