Have you ever been stuck at the gym wondering what you should do? Never again! This easy workout will set you up for a good cardio workout - all you need is a name.

Recommended

You take each of the letters of your name, and do all of the exercises on this chart. For example, if your name was "Conor" then you'd have to do 30 squats - 40 jumping jacks - 25 burpees- 40 jumping jacks - 15 push ups. Badasses would include your surname so if you were called "Michael Darragh MacAuley", you'd be in for a lot of jumping jacks and burpees.

May god have mercy on Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink. No one should have to do 200 jumping jacks, 170 burpees, nine minutes of wall sitting, 25 push-ups, 15 crunches, 20 seconds of arm circles, and 20 squats.
