Current UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is one of the most dangerous women on the planet.

The MMA star is currently ranked as the number four pound for pound fighter in the world.

She is currently undefeated and is yet to go the distance in the UFC,  and she looks as close to unbeatable as you're likely to get.

In order to stay on top of her game Rousey maintains a strict diet and high intensity training regime, here's the 10 essential foods she relies on to stay on top.

Water

Water is obviously essential for any athlete to maintain high levels of fitness but finding the right balance can sometimes be difficult.

The recommended water intake for most people is two litres per day but Rousey is made to drink up to eight litres by her dietician to maintain her hydration.
