Those of you in the know will be well aware of the importance of the Met Gala to the fashion world. It's a night where all rules are circumvented and celebrities go all out in terms of bold choices. You may have seen Beyonce this morning or you may not. We would advise you have a look for the engineering that went in to her dress if nothing else.
But what would we know? To us, bold fashion statements ended when Trevor Giles cut off his sleeves. And what would you know, that also made an appearance. Vogue editor in chief and all round despot of fashion, Anna Wintour, was making her way to the Gala in New York last night and one hero among men stole the show.
Kerry jersey? Check. Cut off sleeves? Check. Hardy stance? Double check. We can already see this being THE look of the summer.
