About The 3 Hurls And The Shoplifted Celtic Jersey Found In The IRA Bunker In Clontarf

Twitter user and Dublin 5 resident JG last night posted a highly unusual Twitpic (above). The image is of an art project by Michael Fortune as part of a group show currently taking place in and around St. Anne's Park in Clontarf. JG's photographed a portion of Fortune's piece that discussed a number of facts about St. Anne's Park. What I've gleaned from this photo (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that after IRA decommissioning, it was revealed that a bunker in the park had stored - amongst other murderous weapons - "3 Hurls", "60 Wolfe Tones Tapes" and "1 Sword Which Was Wrapped In A Celtic Jersey Stolen From Champion Sports". What a find! Who else but the IRA would store hurls beside surface-to-air missiles? Also, is there anything better material for sword wrapping than a stolen Celtic jersey? Given the potential historical ramifications of the sword itself, the jersey was a perfect choice to cover the sword.
