We've had 5-a-side soccer and John Giles rhapsodising about the virtues of street football.

Well, Red Bull and Bernard Brogan are helping to give Gaelic football a 5-a-side dimension with 'Cúl 5'. The game was first launched in the distinctive surrounds of Dublin port with the Poolbeg candy-sticks as an evocative backdrop. Cul 5 is a Gaelic football match played on a small pitch in which only goals can be scored.

The men's winter league begins on November 18th. The venues are St. Brigid's GAA club and Wesley College in Ballinteer. It costs €350 to enter a team.
