The CCCC will not take any action against Dublin full back, Rory O'Carroll, after a Sportsfile picture showed him with his hand in Colm Cooper's face during Sunday's All-Ireland semi-final win over Kerry.

The news reported by the Irish Independent is a huge boost to Dublin as it means O'Carroll will be free to line out against Mayo in the All-Ireland final on September 22nd.

The Indo also say that the Kerry County Board declined to make any comment about the incident.
