Clyda Rovers defeated Harbour Rovers by a point in the quarter-finals of the North Cork Junior A Hurling Championship on Saturday.

With Harbour Rovers leading by the minimum 11 minutes into the second half, Clyda Rovers landed a crucial blow through Dan O'Callaghan.

The Clyda Rovers full forward caught a ball played from midfield over his head. Though, he lost his hurley in the process.

Undeterred, O'Callaghan booted the sliotar to the top corner of the Harbour Rovers net for his side's second goal. It put them ahead 2-5 to 0-9.
