Wexford eventually cut themselves a pound of rare Kilkenny flesh on Saturday, but they were made to agonise over it by Kilkenny's goalkeeper Eoin Murphy. In the end, Wexford won by five points and raised a green flag twice - the second an improbable 100-metre effort by goalkeeper Mark Fanning - but much of the game before that consisted of Wexford forwards taking turns to empty the chamber, only for Murphy to bat away most of the bullets coming his way.

It was a pretty remarkable performance, and the GAA have now published a video showing a couple of the saves he pulled off.
