But Kilkenny have one fitness worry before the showpiece begins at 3.30;

There have been reports circulating throughout the week that there is some concern over goalkeeper Eoin Murphy. According to the Irish Independent, Murphy went over on his ankle in training during the week - but not much is known about his condition.

The Independent say that the details are so conflicting that there were both reports that some sources say it's a serious worry, with others maintaining that Murphy will be fine for the game, provided he passes a last minute fitness test.

Should Murphy be unable to play, Richie Reid - the younger brother of TJ Reid is in line to make his first senior Championship start - similar to Kevin Kelly who was named at corner-forward for Kilkenny on Friday night.
