The Devil's Ceili – an award winning play written by Cavanmen Philip Doherty and Kevin McGahern of Republic of Telly fame – is coming to the Abbey Theatre and the excitement in Co Leitrim is at fever pitch. It's a production from the Cornmilltheatre group in Carrigallen, and the four shows this weekend have already sold out.

It's not often people from that part of the country have reason to travel to Dublin; probably not since the last time Leitrim played in Coke Park actually. So wouldn't you know it, Carrigallen native, playwright and friend of Balls.ie, Seamus O'Rourke has written this spoof letter to the people of Leitrim on the dos and don'ts of attending a play in the big smoke. It's a week old at this stage but we still think it's deserving of everyone's attention.
