This weekend is jam-packed with GAA fixtures, with both hurling and football games taking place. We have a list of all the Senior GAA fixtures happening this weekend right here.

Round one of the All-Ireland football championship continues this weekend. Some of the teams featuring in the championship this weekend include Cork, Derry, Armagh and Dublin.

The headline event this weekend however is the Hurling as the Leinster and Munster round-robin phase of the championship draws to a close.

Limerick's match-up with Cork on Sunday is the big game of the weekend. The All-Ireland champions risk crashing out in the early stages of the competition.

John Kiely's side is one defeat, or possibly a draw (depending on how the other fixtures go) away from being knocked out of the championship, in what would be a shock exit for the Buttermilks.

GAA fixtures - Joe McDonagh Cup

Another exciting game taking place on this hurling-dominated weekend is the Joe McDonagh Cup Final. Offaly and Carlow will go head to head this Saturday to try and lift the Joe McDonagh Cup in Croke Park.  The two teams have already faced each other twice this year.

Their first meeting came in the Divison 2A League. Which saw Offaly continue their unbeaten run in the league, beating Carlow 1-19 to 1-12.

They met for a second time in round 5 of the Joe McDonagh Cup. With Offaly already securing a place in the final, Johnny Kelly made 11 changes to his side from their previous game. Carlow eager to confirm their spot in the final ripped through the weakened Offaly side.

Carlow came out strong. In the first half, Marty Kavanagh converted five frees and a 65, while James Doyle slotted three points over from play. They were the better team all around the field, turning Offaly over on numerous occasions and them into uncharacteristic mistakes.

Here's all of the other GAA fixtures to track across Saturday and Sunday.
