A 14 Photo Tribute To The Amazing Versatility And Durability Of The GAA Match Programme

The capricious Irish weather and the openness of many provincial GAA rounds is the bane of many a GAA fan's life. While it might not be a problem at the minute, we are hoping we wll all have to tackle this issue in the not too distant future.

Despite knowing how likely the Irish weather is to change, most Irish people go to games unprepared.

Not everyone can afford a match programme.

A FIVER!!!

Those who can't afford one, or - ill-advisedly - chose just not to purchase one, also have to improvise.

Of course, none of these options are as effective as a 40-page programme. A Sunday paper TV guide will not endure the lashing rain.
