Cork had a lacklustre first half against Waterford at Semple yesterday, scoring just seven points and going in six down to the Deise.

During the half time analysis, Ger Loughnane was not lacking bite in his description of Cork's efforts, accusing them of playing "totally excuse me hurling".

Recommended

Classic Loughnane.

It's right up there when him saying that Dublin played "pure constipated hurling" during last year's Leinster quarter-final.
