This weekend saw plentiful of action as the LGFA club championship reached the All Ireland semifinal stage in all grades.

In the Junior Club semi final, Cork club Naomh Aban defeated Monaghan champions Castleblayney Faughs by 0-12 to 0-7.

On the other side of the draw, Salthill Knocknacarra made it to the showpiece decider squeaking past O'Dwyers by one point, 1-07 to 1-06.

In the intermediate championship, Mullinahone needed a goal in the second half of extra time to get the better off Derrygonnelly. They booked their place in the All Ireland club decider on a scoreline of 2-6 to 1-7.

Longford Slashers will be waiting for Mullinahone in the Intermediate decider, as they won against Mayo champions Charlestown Sarsfields 1-11 to 0-10.

In the All Ireland Senior Club Semifinals, Monaghan kingpins Donaghmoyne reached the decider after beating first time Leinster champions Kilmacud Crokes 1-11 to 0-07. Donaghmoyne's Cathriona McConnell showed her dedication to her club after getting a helicopter from her wedding reception in order to play her part in their semifinal win.

Donaghmoyne will meet reigning champions Kilkerrin Clonberne in the final, after the Galway champions triumphed over Waterford club Ballymacarbry 2-10 to 0-02.
