Are the glory days about to return for Armagh?
Kieran McGeeney's side have reached the All-Ireland quarter-final after a 1-17 to 0-17 win over Kildare in the Round 4B Qualifer. It's the first time Armagh have reached the last-eight since 2014, and the second since 2008. That summer was they last time they tasted provincial glory in Ulster.
After losing to Down in the Ulster Championship quarter-finals, the team traversed their way through the qualifiers to defeat Fermanagh, Westmeath and Tipperary, before Saturday's win.
Crossmaglen's Jamie Clarke has returned to the team this year after spending the second-half of last year in New York. The forward has been one of the most influential players in the country in 2017, and scored 0-4 (all from play) in the win as he pulled the strings in the Orchardmen's attack.
Speaking after the win, former Mayo manager James Horan said Clarke was "on fire". That performance did not go unnoticed to those watching, with social media widely singing the praises of the man-of-the-match.
