Thanks to Larry Maguire for alerting me to what must be the oddest reason for a time change to a GAA club AGM ever:

Typical RTÉ, going ahead with their own plans without thinking of the little man. GAA clubs being screwed over yet again here.

It's bad enough that Knockbride GFC had to change from their original plan of having it at 8:30pm but they have to make sure it starts on time now as well. Doesn't Tubridy know that it's tradition that all annual general meetings in the GAA must start at least an hour late!?

I find it insulting and derisory that 12-year-old Fergal Smith and his RTÉ cohorts would just assume club legends like Larry Reilly and Raphael Rodgers would have nothing else to be at of a Friday evening than being dragged to an AGM at such a God awful hour!

(End note: Deep down, I'm just jealous no one from Killinkere ever got to host the Toy Show)
