NUIG are taking on UCD in the Electric Ireland Sigerson cup final and in the run up to the game, they players have surely won over the neutrals.

Sarah Small posted to NUIG football's Facebook page thanking the players for helping her with her car which had broken down:

The NUIG men could have been anxious as they prepare for their first Sigerson cup final appearance in 15 years, maybe the whole incident helped take their mind off the big game.

In any case in was very hospitable altogether, and a nice little pre-workout to keep the blood flowing in the build up to the final, let's just hope their excursions don't have them breaking down in the latter stages in Santry.
