After a four-month break due to the Covid-19 lockdown, competitive football and hurling returned to pitches around Ireland on Friday.

Sportsfile photographers were at six games, including St Joseph's Rochfortbridge's Leinster colleges final win and East Belfast's first ever competitive game.
