After our ranking of every county's 2024 home kit last week, it was only fair that every county was given a chance to redeem itself by having a look at their away offerings.

There are some wonderful alternate jerseys in the mix this year, a lot of which are actually nicer than their respective team's home kits.

In the case where no away jersey was specifically designated, we have substituted in the goalkeeper jersey. This is standard practice at inter-county level.

Here's what we came up with.

READ HERE: The Definitive Ranking Of Every GAA Home Jersey For 2024

2024 Inter-County Away GAA Jersey Rankings

34. Carlow

This one is just too plain for our tastes.

There's not a whole lot going on.

33. Kilkenny

This one attempted to lean into the traditional Kilkenny design, but it doesn't quite work.

32. Roscommon

Roscommon have had this one for a few years now, meaning it could do with an update along with the home jersey.

Again, it's just a bit too plain.

31. Meath

Meath moved up from the bottom spot in our home jersey rankings, but not by that much.

This one would actually be much nicer without the strange dotted design on one half of the kit.

30. Longford

Another one that does not have many endearing qualities.

29. Antrim

Like the Meath effort, this one from Antrim might have been better served to make use of a more simple design.

28. Tipperary

This jersey certainly is not your typical effort from Tipperary.

We're not sure it works all that well.

27. Leitrim

A simple reverse of their home jersey, this one from Leitrim is not quite as eye-catching.

26. Laois

We're not sure how to put this, but the blue strip across the chest is off-puttingly narrow.

25. Limerick

Limerick have had some cracking away jersey down through the years, but this one doesn't fall into that category.

The various colours on show don't really mesh together all that well.

24. Westmeath

This is certainly a unique design, although we're not convinced that it works all that well.

Whereas Westmeath have had some beautiful green jerseys down through the years, this does not hit those heights.

23. Waterford

This is certainly a fairly unique colour combination, although they would probably work better in a more eye-catching design.

22. Cork

This is a reverse of the Cork home jersey, with this one being slightly more pleasing on the eye.

21. Fermanagh

This is a decent effort from Fermanagh, with the design in the background adding a little bit of something extra to what otherwise would have been a boring jersey.

20. Down

A county who have had some exception away jerseys down through the years, this one from Down is not one of their best.

It looks more like a training top.

19. Kildare

The names of all the clubs in Kildare featuring on the panel of this one is a nice touch, although it is not enough to crack the top half of these rankings.

18. Mayo

A county who are usually in the top ten of both our home and away rankings, this is not quite as nice as other Mayo efforts from recent seasons.

17. Dublin

Recommended

Dublin scrape into the top half of the rankings with this effort, which looks like a nod to some of their jerseys from the 00s.

16. Derry

Derry have had some wonderful retro style efforts in recent years, although the odd design of the strip across the chest does see this one drop down a few spots in the rankings.

15. Donegal

This is quite an improvement on the Donegal home jersey, although it may have ranked even higher if not for the waved lines in the background.

14. Offaly

This is a decent effort from Offaly, who have consistently put out high quality kits over the last number of seasons.

This is not one of their best, but it performs well in these rankings.

13. Tyrone

A solid effort from Tyrone here, who rarely stray away from the tried and trusted format for both their home and away jerseys.

12. Wexford

Another county who are consistently near the top of our rankings, Wexford don't quite manage to break the top ten on this occasion.

11. London

We're big fans of this one from London, who have really upped their game over the last couple of years in terms of their jerseys.

10. Armagh

Armagh kick off the top ten with this cracking black jersey, with the deep orange trim a nice touch.

9. Kerry

Kerry's away jerseys are consistently among the best in the country, with this being no exception.

8. Wicklow

This a lovely jersey from Wicklow.

The solid blue sleeves give it a real retro feel.

7. Galway

This is a centenary commemoration jersey, marking the 100th anniversary of Galway's first All-Ireland triumph. The blue and gold combination is a nod to the colours worn by the county at the time.

It is a real beauty.

6. Sligo

We're big fans of this effort from Sligo, with the light blue colouring in the upper section of the panel really adding to the overall design.

It is their nicest kit in quite some time.

5. Monaghan

This Monaghan jersey will probably split opinion, but we really like it.

It is something a bit different, while the collar is one of the best we have seen on a GAA jersey in recent seasons.

4. Cavan

The Cavan away jerseys are always belters, with this being no exception.

3. Louth

Louth have perhaps the finest combination of jerseys in the country this year, having also finish fourth in our home rankings.

This one is a real beauty.

2. New York

Having topped our 2023 rankings, this effort from New York was pipped at the post this time around.

It is an absolute beauty, with the pinstripes being a nod to the New York Yankees baseball team.

1. Clare

This is probably our favourite jersey of 2024.

A commemoration jersey, this one is design to honour Michael Cusack. The cottage you can see in the background is inspired by the one in the Burren where Cusack grew up during the famine. You will also find a portrait of the GAA founder on the left sleeve.

It is an absolute cracker and is one of the finest GAA jerseys we have seen in quite some time.
