The staggeringly good Tipperary minor team of 2006 bequeathed no fewer than eight players to the 2010 senior squad and emerge in the top spot, pipping the great Offaly underage sides of the late 80s, many of whom enjoyed phenomenal success in the 90s.

NOTE: We have sought to exclude duplicates so the Tipp team of 2007 and the Kilkenny team of 2003, both of which contained numerous players from the previous year have been omitted.
