Confusion reigned yesterday when speculation emerged that the Munster final replay may not be shown on television. The problem stemmed from the fact that the Munster council were determined to ensure the throw in would be at 7 p.m. on Saturday July 18th.

That conflicted with the agreed upon TV schedule which ensured that Sky would show a qualifier at that time. It was stated yesterday that the two broadcasters would have to come to an agreement and it seems that is exactly what has happened with RTÉ having confirmed the details.

A statement from the national broadcaster confirmed that Darragh Maloney, Colm O'Rourke and Joe Brolly would be on hand to bring us Kerry vs Cork part two in all it's glory.
