Where would Donegal football be without Jim McGuinness? It'd probably still be the mess it was before he took over four years ago.

In his debut season he delivered their first Ulster title since 1992 and then bettered that the following year by winning the All-Ireland, also their first since 1992. So it's easy to see why he's held in such high regard.
