The Wettest GAA Pitch In The Country Has Taken "Fierce Drying" To Another Level

The Wettest GAA Pitch In The Country Has Taken "Fierce Drying" To Another Level
By Chris Kane

Yesterday, we brought you news of what was, at the time, the most flooded pitch in Ireland. Storm Abigail hammered the country and left Clonbur GAA's Pairc Seoighe completely submerged in water.

It looked as though it could take weeks for the pitch to dry up. However, there's been an update today and the good auld Irish weather has kicked into overdrive. Give it a few more days and the pitch to be ready for use again.

That's quite the difference to how it looked 24 hours ago.

Thanks to Walter Holleran for sending this one our way.
