No matter what Tiernan McCann does in the remainder of his GAA career, his shameful dive against Monaghan at Croke Park in the All-Ireland quarter-final will always be a moment for which he is remembered.

A minute into injury time, Monaghan's Darren Hughes ruffled McCann's hair. The Tyrone player hit the deck, his feet gone from under him as if he had slipped ice.
