The 2022 GAA senior football championship has raced through at a very fast pace, and we have just two teams left in Kerry and Galway. For many, All-Ireland football final day is one that is never to be missed, and this one is no different as Mayo look to end years of hurt, but it can be a challenge to watch when abroad - so we have all the info you need on how to watch the All-Ireland football final overseas.

Who's playing in the football final?

Munster champions Kerry will take on Connacht champions Galway in the All-Ireland football final.

Kerry qualified for the final with a thrilling semi-final win over Dublin, sealed by an instantly iconic free from Sean O'Shea with the last kick of the game.

Galway, on the other hand, beat Ulster champions Derry in the semi-final, with star man Damien Comer influential. Galway are playing in the All-Ireland final for the first time since they won the 2001 championship.

When is the football final?

The All-Ireland senior football championship final between Kerry and Galway will take place on Sunday July 24th, with throw-in at 3:30pm in Croke Park.

How to watch the All-Ireland football final overseas?

If you're living anywhere other than Ireland or the UK, you'll be able to access the match through the GAAGO streaming service. For €20 (or $25) you can get full access to the All-Ireland football final.

If you're craving some more All-Ireland action, the GAA actually have a very solid deal going on GAAGO. For just €35 ($40), you can also get the All-Ireland hurling final, which takes place on Sunday July 17th between Kilkenny and Limerick.

How to watch the football final in Ireland and the UK?

Fans in the UK and Ireland will be able to go through the usual broadcasters to watch this year's All-Ireland football final.

RTÉ will show the game live, as well as showing their end-of-year highlights programme on the Sunday Game that evening at 9:30pm (fans overseas can also purchase this programme through GAAGO).
