Angry Football Manager Player Posts Hilarious "Review" After Brexit Kicks In

Anyone who plays Football Manager knows that there are times when the game tests your patience.

It's not supposed to be a walk in the park, and every year Sports Interactive add new intricacies and features to make things more true-to-life and challenging for their veteran players, best seen by the fuss around the decision to include 'Brexit' scenarios after the UK referendum that dominated the news at the end of the summer.

There are varying degrees and ways that Brexit can effect the game, but one of them is a scenario where the UK splitting from the EU brings in harsh new laws on importing foreign talent.

This greatly upset one gamer, who took to the iTunes store to leave a very angry review on Football Manager Mobile 2017 after the game was made "impossible" by the new rules...

The funny thing is, when he says "Britain leaves the EU, time for celebrations, right?" suggests that he was in favour of Brexit. Perhaps he would have changed his mind if he knew how tough it would be to bring Senegalese wonderkids to Accrington Stanley.

Little did he know that if he simply started a new save he would likely face a different situation.

It all seems incredibly uninformed... Which is beautifully ironic, isn't it?

Football Manager were absolutely right to include Brexit scenarios in the game. If it's a possibility in the football world then it should be a possibility in the game, and some of us love the additional challenge of having to find new ways to succeed, rather than just google a list of wonderkids and dominate Europe for the next decade.
