There are two ways eager football gaming fans can gain early access to the game.
Early access is granted to players who either pre-order the ultimate edition of the game before the official release date (29/9/23) or by subscribing to EA Play Pro.

When can I play EA FC early access?
Early access to the game was made available on September 21st for anybody who pre-ordered/purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game.
It was also made available to those who have subscribed to the EA Play Pro.
Another thing worth mentioning is that subscribes to the standard EA Play, not EA Play Pro, get early access to the game.
Standard EA Play subscribers will get early access to the game 10 hours before the game is officially released.
