Forza Horizon 5 is gearing up for an electrifying new chapter with the launch of its "Midnight Muscle" update, set to debut on Tuesday.
This highly anticipated update promises to immerse players in a vibrant neon-themed experience, complete with new cars, decorations, and features that will enhance the overall gameplay.
New Cars and Festival Playlist
At the heart of the "Midnight Muscle" update is the introduction of two exciting new muscle cars: the 2022 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock and the 1995 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R.
These vehicles are not just eye-catching; they embody the spirit of American muscle, offering players the chance to race and customise some of the most iconic cars in automotive history.

The new Festival Playlist will run until February 28, allowing players ample time to unlock these powerful additions to their collections.
Evolving World Features
The update will also bring back beloved Evolving World features, enhancing the game's dynamic environment.
Players can look forward to extended night cycles, which will create a more immersive atmosphere during races and events.
The Neon Airstrip and Drone Show, reminiscent of the popular Midnights at Horizon events, will return, adding a dazzling visual spectacle to the game.

Neon decorations will be scattered throughout the Aeródromo en la Selva and various races, further enhancing the neon aesthetic.
Photo Challenges and Collectibles
In addition to the new cars and decorations, the "Midnight Muscle" update will introduce Neon Tank Photo Decorations for players to utilise in Photo Challenges.
These vibrant decorations will allow players to capture stunning images of their favourite cars against the backdrop of the neon-lit world.

A Neon Cube Collectible will also be available for players to find and smash at the Horizon Street Scene Outpost during the fourth week of the Festival Playlist in February, adding an element of exploration and fun to the gameplay.
Player Involvement in Future Content
In a move that emphasises community engagement, voting for the next Festival Playlist will take place from January 30 to February 28.
Players will have the opportunity to choose between the Italian Automotive and High Performance Festival Playlists, determining which one will return in March 2025.
This player-driven approach not only fosters a sense of involvement but also ensures that the content remains fresh and aligned with the interests of the community.
The "Midnight Muscle" update is set to revitalise Forza Horizon 5 with its neon-themed aesthetic, new muscle cars, and engaging community features.
As players prepare to dive into this vibrant update, the excitement for what lies ahead in the world of Forza Horizon continues to build.
