Which Irish Player Will Win Our Sheffield United FIFA 19 Tournament?

We can't quite say Sheffield United are back in the big time just yet, but after a perfect Easter weekend which saw Chris Wilder's side earn a maximum six points from their two games as promotion-chasing and Yorkshire rivals Leeds United chose the worst time to stumble, one more win will effectively seal the deal for the Blades.

Ireland frontman David McGoldrick was the hero once again on Monday, banging two in a crucial away win over Hull City at the KCOM. 'Didzy' represents one-third of the Irish contingent in the Bramall Lane dressing room that has been so pivotal to this season's title tilt, with John Egan and Enda Stevens performing heroics behind the 15-goal-striker.

But whilst the three have combined to such great effect at both club and international level this year, we wanted to find out the lie of the land when the three were pitted against each other in the ultimate test of wills - a FIFA 19 tournament.

We sent our own Shane Cahill, one-half of the feted Balls.ie management duo that fired Cork City to FIFA 19 Champions League glory, armed with a console and a camera to determine which Irish player ruled supreme.

Will it be Didzy who strikes Gold? Can the Cork man avoid have Eg-on his face or has Stevens come to the Enda the road?

We won't give too much away, but what we can tell you is that all three stayed well clear of picking Sheffield United when it came to the crunch.

With the three lads, Aston Villa's midfield pairing of Glenn Whelan and Conor Hourihane, Boro's Darren Randolph and Bristol City's Callum O'Dowda still with all to play for, Irish internationals are destined to have a big say as to which sets of fans dreams are shattered and which sets have theirs come true.
