Niall Horan 'Apologised To Golf' After This Shot At The Masters Par-3 Contest

Rory McIlroy and Niall Horan actually seem like good friends. Not only did McIlroy have the boyband member caddying for him during the Masters Par-3 contest but he also let him take a shot on the ninth. The man from Mullingar hooked the shot into the water allowing the Sky Sports commentator to trot out a line about how the shot was only ever going in "one direction".

According to Phil Casey of the Press Association, Horan apologised to golf after the shot.
