This picture was taken at the RAAF Darwin Golf Club on St. Stephen's Day.

There are a number of possible explanations:
1. He lost a bet.
2. He's a little bit nuts.
3. It was laundry day and he had nothing else to wear.
4. It was so warm in Darwin that this was the most practical item of clothing to wear for a game of golf.
5. He just discovered Borat.
6. Someone bought him a mankini for Christmas and he didn't want to be rude.
The thing is though, it's probably not the weirdest apparel that someone has worn on a golf course.
