Well, we're getting closer - he's Hugh O'Keeffe, the son of Georoid O'Keeffe, Dun Laoighaire-Rathdown county councillour who spends his time between the rather beautiful seaside village of Kells on the road to Caherciveen and Foxrock. The O'Keeffe are in Augusta because they won tickets through a Laune Rangers fundraiser, which Rangers confirmed on Twitter this morning. We assume he'll be sporting the Kerry jersey today around 18.
