Well now, after what seems like an absolute age without a new golf movie to watch, we've... Got a new golf movie to watch.
Actually, it's just a trailer, for now, as "The Squeeze" is set to be released later this year, when it will no doubt be mercilessly be comepared to Tin Cup and Happy Gilmore. McGavin (not his name in the movie) plays a sneaky looking former golf pro who wishes to use McCoy (also not his name in the movie) to hustle people on the golf course for cash.
Here's Shooter McGavin, but apparently he's got a different name now.

And here's JD McCoy from FNL, who we we're glad to hear has a handicap of 1 in real life, because people playing golf in a movie who can't play golf in real life is not a good look. And of course he's good at golf, just look at him:
