It's well known that Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods have a close relationship, with the two men frequently complementing each other in interviews.

Tiger Woods has possibly given the biggest praise imaginable to McIlroy, by telling his son Charlie Woods not to copy his Dad's swing, but to look at Rory's instead.

I told [Charlie], ‘Don’t copy my swing. Copy Rory’s.' Have you ever seen Rory off balance on a shot? No. Not ever. You can swing as hard as you want, but you need to have balance.

Both Charlie and Tiger Woods will be teeing it up in the popular PEC Championship, which takes place in a couple of weeks, and sees major championship winners tee it up with family members.

Greg Norman has also hit back at Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods after their recent calls for him to step down as the CEO of LIV Golf.

"I pay zero attention to McIlroy and Woods, right?," said Norma. "They have their agenda for whatever reason. They're saying whatever they want to say. It has no bearing or effect on me. I'm going to be with LIV for a long, long period of time."

"So if they both have a stay and then have a break and then they can meet and figure something out," Rory McIlroy had said in a previous interview. "Then maybe there is something to be had. But I think Greg has to go, first of all, and then obviously litigation against us and then our countersuit against them, those would then have to be at a stay as well. So then we can talk, we can all talk freely."
