The first day of this year's Cheltenham Festival has arrived. Like everyone year, it brings bandwagon horse racing fans (like ourselves) who require some help with their selections.

Today's big race is the Champion Hurdle at 3:30 while Benie Des Dieux in the Mares Hurdle (4:10) looks to be the major fancy of the day.
