What a day it was for the Irish at Cheltenham on Thursday, with Irish horses winning six out of seven races on the day. There were four wins for the Ruby Walsh/Willie Mullins partnership alone as they won the JLT Novices' Chase, Ryanair Chase, Stayers' Hurdle and the Mares' Novices' Hurdle (on Yorkhill, Un De Sceaux, Nichols Canyon and Let's Dance), while Davy Russell rode Presenting Percy (with Pat Kelly as trainer) to victory in the Handicap Hurdle and Bryan Cooper steered the Noel Meade-trained Road To Respect to a win in the Brown Advisory & Merriebelle Stable Plate.

The win in the Ryanair Chase was particularly sweet for Mullins as the trophy was presented to him by Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary - who owns the Gigginstown House Stud which took 60 horses off Willie Mullins in September.

So how much would you have won if you'd placed a tenner on Ruby Walsh to win each of his rides today? We put it into the Ladbrokes calculator to find out...and it's a pretty tasty little number. The odds in order are for Walsh's rides in the Novices Chase, Pertemps Final Hurdle, Ryanair Hurdle and Stayers Chase.
