We've made it to the final day of Cheltenham, and what a festival it's been.
Day 3 of Cheltenham served up plenty of spills and thrills. From Bob Olander's unlikely win to Allaho's wire-to-wire performance to the incredible scenes that followed Flooring Porter's double in the Stayers Hurdle, we received so many reminders about what makes Cheltenham so special yesterday.
Luckily, we still have one more day of racing to go. And it's a big one. Gold Cup Day.
So here's our Tipster Table for the final day of Cheltenham.
First let's take a look at how the Tipster Table rankings look after three days.
- Hayley Moore (Irish Sun) - 11 winners
- Sunratings (Irish Sun) - 8 winners
- Peter O'Hehir (Irish Mirror) - 7 winners
- Eamon Hames (Irish Sun) - 7 winners
- Darren Norris - (Examiner) - 6 winners
- Formcast (Daily Mail) - 5 winners
Hayley Moore continued her domination of the tipping yesterday, tipping Bob Olander, Allaho and Flooring Porter, and is a sure-thing to finish the festival as the top tipster.
Today's big race is, of course, the Gold Cup. There is huge intrigue around the race as Minella Indo aspires to win a second consecutive Gold Cup. A Plus Tard, who finished second last year, will attempt to amend for last year's defeat with Rachael Blackmore on board. Al Boum Photo will also be attempting to do a Kauto Star on it and win the Gold Cup two years after an initial victory. It would be the horse's third ever Gold Cup. There is also a lot of momentum behind Galvin, who beat A Plus Tard last time out and is seen as a 3/1 shot with Davy Russell the jockey. How will it go? The tipster gives their predictions for the Gold Cup and the rest of the day's racing below.
