Conor McGregor was seen limping from the Octagon after his victory against Nate Diaz at UFC 202.

He had unleashed numerous leg kicks on his opponent during the five round battle.

On commentary, as the Irishman hobbled towards his dressing room, Mike Goldberg stated that McGregor had just said his foot was broken during the fight. That was later reiterated on ESPN's SportsCenter.

McGregor later arrived on crutches for post-fight media obligations.

Asked about what injuries he had sustained during the fight, McGregor said it was simply his shin that was damaged. He did not mention his foot.

My shin. I kicked his knee about 40 times. It's hurting me. That's it, just my shin. Everything else is good.
