Immaterial of whether or not this guy was aware of who Donald Cerrone is, he is still clearly a bit nuts.

Speaking on Bruce Buffer's podcast this week, Cowboy told a story about being attacked in a supermarket car park.

He and his girlfried were on their way to their car when this happened.

I was talking across the crosswalk with my girl, playing on my phone, probably tweeting. A car honks behind me and I kinda look back and she asks "do you know who that is?" and I say 'I have no idea'.

I walk over to the truck, they've parked three or four trucks away from me and the dude gets out and he's like "yeah, what's up motherfucker?" And I was like, 'me? Are you talking to me?'.

Then he just smoked me in my eye, knocked my glasses off. I just looked up at him and my ears were bleeding and Lindsay was like "no you can't. Chill out".

I said 'dude, today's such your lucky day'. He just said "I bet it's my lucky day, I bet" and jumped around going crazy and looked like he was going to hit me again.

I just calmly said 'listen, if you fucking touch me again, I'm going to fucking kill you. I cannot take two'.

That's about all it took. I just got in my truck and drove off.

Cerrone is currently on an eight-fight win streak with his next bout likely to be a title shot against lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos.
