Ken Shamrock has posted this picture of himself to his twitter account. It is fair to say that he is in ridiculously good shape, all the more impressive considering he is 51 years old.

He is currently in training for his upcoming MMA fight against Kimbo Slice on June 19th. Neither man has competed in MMA since 2010 but it will be sure to gather a sizeable audience, perhaps through a form of morbid curiosity. Kimbo Slice first rose to prominence through a serious of street fights on youtube while Shamrock earned himself/gave himself the moniker of "World's Most Dangerous Man".
Let's just hope that this doesn't get in the way of his proposed bare knuckle bout with "Knuckle" boxer James Quinn McDonagh.
Shamrock is taking the opportunity to release the documentary of his life the night before the fight, the trailer for which actually looks quite good.
