Here's How Every Irish Fighter Looks On EA Sports UFC 2

Having had a good blast of the beta demo, we can't wait to get our hands on the full version of EA Sports UFC 2 and start dominating people with Irish fighters online.

While some will have planned for the first thing they do on the game to be checking CM Punk's overall rating considering he has never fought professionally, we are more concerned with how the Irish fighters are represented, and thankfully we no longer have to wait as EA Sports put all of the fighter models up on their site.

And the results are mixed.

Considering Conor McGregor is on the cover of the game, you would think that he looks impeccable, but he looks the exact same as last time, which was just a tad off. Judge for yourself, and let us know the best/worst of the Irish selection.

Conor McGregor

It's not quite right. They've given the mustache far too much curl and it looks weird.

Hopefully he looks better in-game due to his stance and style.

Gunnar Nelson

There's too much emotion on display there.

In all seriousness it's a decent representation, hopefully his facial features are unable to move in-game. Technically not an Irish fighter but he's part of the SBG family and that's enough for us.

Joe Duffy

Not thrilled with this one, possibly the worst of the bunch.

There is some resemblence, but again it's just off. Looks far too angry for Joe's cool demeanor.

Paddy Holohan

Much better.

Paddy looks like Paddy, we can't wait to use him on the game.

Makwan Amirkhani

We know he's from Finland, but if he's going to live in Dublin and train at SBG like Nelson then he has to be included.

Looks fantastic, it's pretty much spot on.

Norman Parke

Stormin' Norman looks good, even if that jaw is a tad swollen.

The tattoos look great aswell, another good job.. But what the hell is that flag about?

Aisling Daly

Not bad, the hair in particular has been given close attention.

So there you have it. This should not be the reason why you do or don't buy the game, but we were certainly curious after hearing that the roster would feature 250 fighters as to how they would look, and although some are not spot on, they're decent overall.
