British Challenge MMA 18 took place in Colchester on Saturday night.

One of the fights on the amateur card featured Joe Harding up against Johan Segas for the interim featherweight title.

After landing a head kick followed by a jab, Harding became a little too cocky and began dancing in the ring. Harding's taunting left him wide open and Segas took advantage with a head kick of his own.

Harding spent a lengthy period on the canvas while he was attended to by medics but was eventually able to leave the cage under his own power.
