Khabib Reveals The Brilliant Twitter DM He Sent To Conor McGregor

Just hours after we found out that Khabib Nurmagomedov has pretty much accepted that he will fight Tony Ferguson for the chance to earn a crack at Conor McGregor's lightweight belt, the man from Dagestan went straight to the twitter DMs to speak his mind to the Irishman.

Despite claiming that he would leave the UFC if he was not awarded a title shot, Nurmagomedov is now willing to fight Ferguson first, but he is so confident of victory in that bout that he has told Dana White and the UFC that if his next fight after that is not McGregor for the title then he will walk, as that is the final fight in his contract.

But now Conor McGregor has been told directly how Khabib feels, as the man himself revealed what he sent to McGregor, and it's pretty damn funny, especially when you consider how friendly the last message between the two was back in 2014.

The man knows his stuff! Two years between messages and he drops that essay, that's a quick way to get a block.

In all seriousness, it seems that this fight is inevitable, and it promises to be a very interesting one as while Khabib poses some very real problems to McGregor with his overwhelming grappling, he has left himself open to his opponent's strikes in every UFC bout we've seen him in, and the question will be whether his chin can take the shots the Irishman will surely land.

We're waiting to see if Conor McGregor publishes his response.
