The UFC was in Brazil last night for a card with a heavyweight title fight main event.

That bout did not go the way of the home fighter as Fabricio Werdum was KO'd by Stipe Miocic in the first round.

45,000 were at the Arena da Baixada in Curitiba, home of Atlético Paranaense.

It was a card stacked with Brazilians including a mouther-watering fight on the Fox Sports prelims as Demian Maia took on Matt Brown.

The Brazilian would defeat his American opponent via rear naked choke with just 30 seconds remaining in the fight.

It wasn't just in the fight that Brown received blows though, he also did so on his way to the octagon.

Three times the welterweight was struck by fans during his walkout. The 35-year-old was visibly becoming antagonised everytime he was touched and on the third occasion really lost his cool.
