Video: Episode Two Of UFC 194 Embedded Is Here - McGregor Works On His Balance

Jose Aldo's muay thai trainer has never seen the Brazilian so well prepared for a fight.

Pedro Rizzo, speaking on episode two of UFC 194 Embedded, described Aldo as 'strong, fast and explosive'.

He also gave his thoughts on how Saturday night's bout will pan out.

I don't expect five rounds for this fight. I expect no more than three rounds.

If you watch all of McGregor's fights, he ends up controlling the fights and dictating the pace. This is going to be a fight he will have no control of.

He's going to get in a world he doesn't know yet with a guy pressuring him and beating him up.

McGregor has never fought five rounds, only three.

Aldo is gonna put on a show and win, there will be nothing left to say. Also is going to control this fight and knock him out.

Of course, Conor McGregor also features in the episode. This time at the beach, improving his balance, along with Gunnar Nelson and one of his trainers Ido Portal.
