Jose Aldo vs Conor McGregor and UFC 189 is just three weeks away.

The UFC has released its preview for the event and it features Joe Rogan talking about both fighters.

The commentator spoke about the interest which McGregor has built and his trash-talking ability, saying that he is event better at that aspect of the game than Chael Sonnen.

In all my years of watching MMA, in all my years of calling fights, I have never seen a contender generate the amount of interest and excitement that Conor McGregor has.

He is without a doubt the greatest trash-talker that's ever existed in MMA, topping the great Chael Sonnen.

He also said that the incredible attention surrounding this fight is mainly down to the Dubliner.

There's never been a featherweight fight ever that has generated this kind of attention and make no mistake about it, that attention is because of Conor McGregor.

When it came to Aldo, he spoke more about his fighting ability and said that he expects the title holder to be "on top of his game".

There has been one UFC featherweight champion ever. That has been Jose Aldo and he has beaten everybody who has been put in front of him for the last decade and without a doubt he will be the best fighter that Conor McGregor has ever faced.

He utilises spectacular leg kicks, world class Brazilian jiu-jitsu. ridiculous power and speed and yet Conor McGregor is the betting favourite coming into this fight.

McGregor is pushing Jose Aldo into and corner and when you push a great fighter like Aldo into a corner you find out what that great fighter is capable of.

I anticipate a Jose Aldo who is on top of his game and on July 11th we will find out whether or not Conor McGregor can deal with that Jose Aldo.

Because that is the Jose Aldo that he has summoned.

It also features a look at UFC 189's co-main event, the welterweight title fight between Robbie Lawler and Rory MacDonald.
