The UFC 217 Press Conference was streamed live from Madison Square Garden on Thursday ahead of what is without doubt one of the most exciting cards of the year on Saturday night.

With Michael Bisping facing the returning Georges St Pierre for the middleweight title in the main event, we've got another main-event-worthy fight as the co-main when Cody Garbrandt takes on TJ Dillashaw for the bantamweight title.

The bad blood between Dillashaw and all of Team Alpha Male (the team of which Garbrandt is a part of and Dillashaw was once a part of) is known by everyone familiar with the sport, but when an argument between the two fighters got emotional during the press conference, Garbrandt let something slip that he possibly should not have.

Fresh steroid accusations have been thrown at TJ Dillashaw in the days leading up to the title fight, and when the challenger disputed those claims, the champion claimed that Dillashaw showed the whole team how to use steroids when he was at Team Alpha Male.

Cody Garbrandt: Oh yeah, the guy is on everything. He's on everything.

TJ Dillashaw: Yeah, I'm on everything. They come and test me every day, but I'm on everything.

Cody: You're the one that showed everyone how to do it on Team Alpha Male, so...

TJ: Yeah, I'm the one that's now bringing it in.

Cody: Look at him, he has nothing to say.

I speak the facts.

Oh dear.

If Garbrandt does indeed speak the facts, then he just revealed that everybody on his team is using banned substances and that TJ Dillashaw showed them how to do it. Not a fantastic thing to say at a press conferences in front of the world's MMA media and thousands watching live at home.

Garbrandt was agitated and said a number of curious things, also interesting was this exchange:

Cody: How any times did I fuck you up in practice?

TJ: Zero, motherfucker.

Cody: Exactly.

Yikes. Not the best trash talking you're likely to hear, thankfully the fight is expected to be a lot more entertaining.

You can watch the full press conference below, which features GSP thinking that Bisping insulting his fans for wearing their headbands was absolutely hilarious.
